Q. Does location matter?
A. No. The New Car Factory operates in every state and territory Australia wide. No matter your location we will obtain you the best possible price on that new car.
Q. Do I have to go to the new car dealership?
A. No. Not at all. Once you have agreed on the price we have supplied and you wish to proceed with your purchase we can have all your paperwork completed via email, fax or mail. Then have your car delivered to your home, business or any other address you desire, free of charge with a full tank of petrol.
Q. Does my car still have factory warranty?
A. YES, your new car warranty and servicing remains in tact and unchanged. You are still buying your new car from a licensed Authorised New car dealership.

Q. What is ‘Change Over’ price?
A. The ‘Change Over’ price is the cost of moving from your current car into your new car. This is the price of your new car minus your trade in valuation amount. When trading in your car, The New Car Factory will always try to obtain for you the lowest possible ‘change over’ price.
Q. How do I pay for my car?
A. All payments are made directly to the supplying dealership. Payment is made via a funds transfer, direct deposit from your finance company or by way of bank cheque.
Q. What are on road costs?
A. This includes dealer delivery, registration, stamp duty and CTP green slip. Pricing on these items varies from state to state but all new cars purchase via The New Car Factory have these cost included in your drive away price.
Q. How long is my quote valid for?
A. It is valid for 14 (fourteen) days form the date supplied unless stated otherwise.
Q. What does it cost me?
A. If we save you less than $3000 off RRP (recommended retail price), we charge a service fee of $149, and if we save you over $3001 off RRP, we charge a service fee of $249. A fee is only payable if you proceed with the purchase of your new car.
Q. Can I use The New Car Factory for my loan purposes, even if I don’t buy my car through them?
A. Yes. Even if you have purchased your car else where, you can always use The New Car Factory finance department for what ever car loan you may require. Whether it is for personal, business or refinancing our finance consultants are more than willing to help and will always package your loan with a repayment structure to suit your needs. Q. Can I buy my comprehensive car insurance for my current car from The New Car Factory?

Q. Why should I buy GAP insurance?
A. If the unfortunate circumstance arises that your car is written off or stolen and the insurance pay out is less than the loan amount you will not be out of pocket for the short fall – sometimes this could be in the tens of thousands of dollars.
For a once off payment you will be covered for the complete term of the loan.
Q. Do I need Loan Protection/Consumer Credit Insurance?
A. This product could come to great use if you become involuntarily unemployed, as well as cover you if you cannot work due to sickness, injury and disease. For a few dollars a week Consumer Credit Protection would become extremely helpful if uncertain times were too arise, eliminating the potential of large unwanted debt.
Q. Extended warranty – Do I need one?
A. We can offer up to 7 years in total of manufacturers extended warranty on your new car. By purchasing this you will not experience any unexpected expensive mechanical repair bills, giving you peace of mind.
This is transferable if you happen to sell your car adding value to your resale. This is just a one off payment that covers you for the whole period.
